Prof. TEO Chung Piaw is Professor and Head of the Decision Sciences Department at NUS Business School. Prior to his current appointments, he was Acting Deputy Dean, Vice-Dean of the Research & PhD Program as well as Chair of the PhD Committee in the School. He was an Eschbach Scholar in Northwestern University (U.S.A.), Professor in Sungkyunkwan Graduate School of Business (Korea), and a Distinguished Visiting Professor in YuanZe University (Taiwan). His research interests lie in service and manufacturing flexibility, discrete optimization, port container operations, matching and exchange, and healthcare. He is currently an area editor for OR (Operations and Supply Chains), and associate editor of Management Science (Optimization). He has also served on several international committee such as the Chair of the Nicholson Paper Competition (INFORMS, U.S.A.), member of the IMPACT Prize Committee (INFORMS, U.S.A.), Fudan Prize Committee on Outstanding Contribution to Management (China), and the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme Selection Panel.

Mr. Mohamad Risdaya Fadil is an aeroelasticity specialist with long working experiences in the field, such as team leader on Global 7000/8000 New Business Jet Aircraft Program at P3 Voith Aerospace GmbH, flutter specialist engineer at Airbus Defense and Space as well as at Embraer, and Head of Aeroelasticity Department in Aircraft Design Division at PT IPTN Indonesian Aircraft Industry Ltd. Mr. Fadil is now living in Madrid, Spain.

Prof. Sunity Shrestha Hada, emeritus professor at Central Department of Management, Thribhuvan University, Nepal. She obtained  a Ph.D. degree from University of Delhi, India, an MBA degree from Oklahoma City University, USA, an M.Phil(equivalent) degree from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India, and an M.Sc. in Statistics from  Tribhuvan University, Nepal. Dr. Hada has more than 36 years of proven experience in the field of Statistics, Quantitative Techniques, Production and Operations Management, Productivity Management, Quality Management. She has been professionally engaged in both the public and private sector. Dr. Hada has authored/co-authored a number of books and published multidisciplinary articles. Now she is President of Asia-Pacific Operational Research Societies (APORS).
Several invited speakers will also deliver talks in the conference including Mr. Tonno Sapoetro, M.Eng., President Director of PT Krakatau Bandar Samudra, Banten Province, Indonesia, and Mr. Santosa Widjaja, M.Sc., a mathematical software designer at PT UprightDecision, a company with ultimate dedication in operations research and data analysis for business.
